Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use AlbumX, the account and licence service for the Album Selection apps. AlbumX is a product of Basebit, which is part of GAASAA. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean GAASAA, including its business Basebit. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Album Selection is photo selection software: a desktop app for photographers and a mobile app for their customers. AlbumX is where a photographer creates an account, pays for the licence and signs in to the apps. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Who pays

Only the photographer holds an account and pays. A photographer's customers use the customer app to choose photos from a package the photographer shares, without an account and without paying us anything.

3. Accounts

• You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be allowed to enter into this agreement for yourself or your business.

4. Free trial, plan and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial the licence is paid through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay or card), taken automatically each period once you approve it. Your bank may send a reminder before each payment. The price will be shown on your Billing page before you pay.
• You can cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future payments. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• If a payment fails you have 7 days to fix it. After that your licence stops being valid and the apps pause until payment succeeds. Your account is not deleted because of a failed payment.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before a change applies to you.

5. Your photos and content

Your photos stay with you. The apps work with the files you choose on your own devices, and Album Selection copies selected originals into folders on your computer without changing the originals. We do not claim any rights in your photos. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos and for any consent needed from your customers.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, to share your sign-in with people outside your studio, or to access other accounts. We may suspend an account that does this.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Apps may keep working for a short time offline using the last licence check. Please keep your own copies of important material.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using AlbumX at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to satishmybusiness@gmail.com.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by things outside our control. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
